THE WAY THROUGH

Adriane J. Sykes LMSW, MCPC

Evangelist and Warrior

My Story ..... My Why?

Out and Through Ministries was born out of years of trying, stretching, and deeply painful seasons. There were tears, anger, accountability, and countless hard conversations between God and me before the breakthrough ever showed up. But every battle, every test, and every moment of spiritual warfare was shaping the ministry you see today.

What I learned through it all is simple but life‑changing:

If you let Him, God will either change the situation

or

deliver you out of it—but you must be willing to walk it out.

I’ve lived through trials so intense you’d have to see them to believe them. The spiritual realm is real, and so is the transformation God brings when you choose Him even while you’re struggling. My victories didn’t come easily, but they came—and they continue to come.

And here’s the part most people won’t admit: I’m still fighting battles today. The “church glow” is real, but the soft‑girl life in God is actually a peaceful, ongoing battle where I get to witness victory after victory. Through every hit, every setback, and every wave of warfare, I am still standing on the Word of God. Period. No matter what the enemy tried, God remained faithful. He reshaped me into someone I barely recognize and continues to set me free day by day.

This ministry isn’t about glorifying hardship. God is a King, and His children are royalty—we are meant to live abundantly. But growth requires resistance. Just like building muscle, spiritual strength is developed through pressure, stretching, and overcoming the enemy through God’s power.

Out and Through Ministries exists because Jesus took my trials, my delays, my impatience in deliverance, my struggles with trusting Him, and my long journey toward obedience—and turned them into a calling.

This is my story of trials, setbacks, and victories. And yes, I’m wordy—but everything I share is meant to bring you the breakthrough, clarity, and discernment you’ve been praying for.

You’re not just going through it. With God, you’re going through it—and coming out refined.

Built for Battle; Made to Win!

What’s Guiding Your Steps- God’s Voice or Something Else?

  • ungodly soul ties/enemy‑assigned relationships

  • fear of confrontation with the enemy

  • non-stop cycles of damaging thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

  • addictions that are holding you back

  • I called it “loyalty.”

  • I called it “love.”

  • I called it “being a good friend or a good partner.”

  • I called it “that's just how I am.”

  • I called it “living my life !”

  • I called it “in my feelings.”

But spiritually, it was bondage

But spiritually, it was a lack of self-control & authority

About Adriane J. Sykes

Adriane J. Sykes is a woman of God, a Licensed Master Social Worker, and a certified life coach with more than twenty years of experience serving children and families. A Brooklyn native, speaker of  the truth and the host of The OT Podcast, she carries both wisdom and fire—shaped by the God who brought her out.

Her story is not polished; it is redeemed. Adriane did not always walk with God. She took the long, difficult road through deliverance, learning through her own wilderness that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom and liberty. Because she has lived in that place, she now speaks with the authority of someone who has been rescued, rebuilt, and reassigned by God.

Through her podcast, she shares her life openly—her mistakes, her lessons learned, and the truth that transformation only lasts when God is the center of your life every single day. Her voice is prophetic, practical, and rooted in the conviction that God still heals, still restores, and still calls His people out and through.

She is the author of Dating Demons, a powerful work exposing the spiritual patterns behind destructive connections, with more publications on the horizon as God continues to expand her assignment.
